All tools and guides on Seva are free. We do not collect any fee for them, so there is nothing to refund or cancel.Seva-இல் உள்ள அனைத்துக் கருவிகளும் வழிகாட்டிகளும் இலவசம். அவற்றுக்கு எந்தக் கட்டணமும் வசூலிப்பதில்லை; எனவே திருப்பவோ ரத்து செய்யவோ ஏதுமில்லை.
2. Government fees2. அரசுக் கட்டணங்கள்
Fees paid on an official government website are collected by that department. Seva does not receive them, so refunds must be asked for from that department under its rules.அதிகாரப்பூர்வ அரசுத் தளத்தில் செலுத்தும் கட்டணங்கள் அந்தத் துறையால் வசூலிக்கப்படுகின்றன. Seva அவற்றைப் பெறுவதில்லை; எனவே பணம் திருப்புதலை அந்தத் துறையிடம் அதன் விதிகளின்படி கேட்க வேண்டும்.
3. Bill payments on Seva (when available)3. Seva-வில் பில் கட்டணம் (கிடைக்கும்போது)
- Bill payments will be made through the Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS). A successful payment is passed to the biller and cannot be cancelled.பில் கட்டணங்கள் பாரத் பில் பேமெண்ட் சிஸ்டம் (BBPS) மூலம் செய்யப்படும். வெற்றிகரமான கட்டணம் பில் வழங்குநருக்கு அனுப்பப்படும்; அதை ரத்து செய்ய முடியாது.
- If money is taken from your account but the payment fails, it is returned automatically to the same account within the time set by the Reserve Bank of India and NPCI.உங்கள் கணக்கிலிருந்து பணம் எடுக்கப்பட்டு கட்டணம் தோல்வியடைந்தால், இந்திய ரிசர்வ் வங்கி, NPCI நிர்ணயித்த காலத்திற்குள் அதே கணக்குக்குத் தானாகத் திருப்பப்படும்.
- For a wrong or duplicate payment, contact us with the BBPS transaction reference.
